Hello Kamusta kayo po? Maybe a slight exaggeration in the title, I've only been to Manila twice but I hope to change that next year! I'm 26 and met my lovely girlfriend last year. I visited her after a trip to Japan and again this May to celebrate our 1 year anniversary I started learning Tagalog and am finding it sobrang ayos! Like some of the others I've see non here some words from my English vocab are being slowly replaced by Tagalog translations (I think my family think I'm losing the plot sometimes ) My plan next year is to move to Manila next year and get an apartment together. It'll be my 'year out' which I never had as I didn't go to Uni I'm going to enroll at UP (University of Philippines) and study Tagalog and hopefully music and something else It's not for qualifications - it's just for fun and so we can spend time together. After 8 - 12 months we hope to move to Australia and get a nice place by the sea...that's the dream anyway Hope to pick up some more Tagalog whilst I'm here! You all seem like good people Jon
