Hello everyone, Just want to say Hi, i am Leani married to my scottish husband, i have a residence permit in the UK for 8 years, planning to apply citizenship for ground of Discretion this coming December but worried about my days out, as i have been travelling with my husband for his work abroad. Joined this group to see if i can find any information about discretion. I can also share some information on my experience on how i got my fiance visa, FLR, and ILR. We love travelling, so would also love to read about your travels. We bought our first property in Philippines this year, we bought a condo in both our name for investment, so i can also share my experience if someone is interested. Would also like to share my experience and outcome of my application for British citizenship by discretion because i have been searching but didn’t see much, so even it is successful or refuse, i will still share it. Normaly days out for 3 year qualifying period is 270 days in 3 year and 90 days on the last year, but i have been out for 486 days on the last 3 years so will try to apply for discretion as i have been in UK since 2009 and the reason of many days out is accompanying a british husband’s work abroad. So finger’s crossed! So stay tuned for my post if someone wants to know how it goes. If anyone in the Philippines right now, please Stay safe!
