Sorry, I wasn't meaning to say to buy new knives. I collected my lot over the years, and there are some wich I don't use anymore, as they have gone out of favour. For a while I have only been using a serrated edge bread knife, the Japanese Bocho, and the Suntoku. I realized that I don't need anything else. Mind you, Jet keeps hiding everything anyway....
