Congratulations Juvy, I hope you are enjoying the UK it can be a very hard change in life to come to a country like the UK, with the very different climate (the free permanent aircon in the UK is nice but a bit of warmth sometimes s also nice ) and the very different pace of life in the UK.
hello again oss!!it is really true about there climate but thanks to the help of the heater in the house!wew!As a filipino we are so used of having a hot temperature whole year down no wonder we have our air con/electric fan in the Phils. but here I once told my husband how funny of having a heater in the house instead of electric fan/ air con but anyway that's one of the top thing we seen in this country!so proud of being pinoy!!!

Most people in the UK now have a gas boiler with radiators. You may well have had a gas heater in the Philippines to heat the water; in the UK the boilers can heat a lot more water and also pump that water around the radiators. I guess you probably have radiators, even if you have not learned what they are called yet!
Thank you do much for the good information! I really appreciate it but actually my husband and even his family called it as heater not radiator!I know what do you mean by radiator because my in laws have it! By the way thank you so much for that info.!
My mahal has not been to the UK yet, but I have already explained to her what a radiator is, as she certainly did not know what one was! She does love snow though, even though she has never seen that either! She may be coming to see me later this year, So I may save a little snow in the freezer, just so that she can see what it is like!
