    Still, its better the £ in my pocket than theirs :)

    It is difficult to see how they put a cost on a visa application, maybe they just pluck a figure out of thin air.

    Think of a number multiply by 5

    And then double it.

    They claim they make no profit and that it has reached a level where they are just covering costs.

    I saw one of their documents where they clearly do make a "profit". They outlined the respective fees and the respective costs.The gap was huge. I actually believe and I recall Kuya indicated as much in a breakdown that he did, that the costs are lower than they actually state and that it takes all of 15 minutes to an hour to go through a settlement visa application. It is just a tick box exercise.

    "Applicants passport. Yep."
    "Sponsors passport. Yep."
    "Income threshold. Yep"
    "Yep Yep Yep, Tick tick tick etc"

    "That's another one done. Breaktime....."

    For someone that has done a few it can be done very quickly.

    They may well have their own checklists to go by and certainly have instruction on acceptance / rejection criteria.

    However, as someone pointed out, the "profit" goes towards paying for any benefits that the applicant receives once they arrive in the UK and of course there are a few.

    Which ever way you look at it, it is still a hell of a lot of money over the 5 year visa period to finally get the ILR.

    :)Unfortunately you cannot use the priority service for the Fiancee/Spouse application as Bigmac pointed out, once in the UK though you can get a priority FLR where a UKBA representitive even comes to your home to collect and check your application.

    One problem though;

    It costs £6000 for the service so I dont think many of us will be using that service unless we win this weekends lottery
