Hi again..Can anyone here enlighten me about this 1-month window policy? Does it apply to settlement-marriage visa? Indicated in my visa is "Valid from 30/09/2016 Valid Until 30/03/2017" ..I am starting to worry as my dependent Child's visa hasn't arrived yet while mine is burning out..
You have until 6 months (until March 2017) to wait for your child's visa and fly to UK. The 1 month validity is for spousal visas as others mentioned in other threads.
