That's all very good, submit that, its just what they want :)

You must have TV licence and council tax too, two more good ones to submit.

Remember that you are applying in person, so you at least have the chance to discuss any irregularities or any missing paperwork with the Case Officer at the UKVI office. They do say that they will make the decision on the FLR the same day but they can defer the decision if you need to submit further evidence or documents to back up your application.

They don't but give them letters that span the length of time you have been in the property, if you can of course.

This is the note from the FLR (M) application form:

The items of correspondence should be addressed to you jointly or in both your names. Examples of acceptable items are listed below. The documents provided must be originals.
    Photocopies are not acceptable.
The dates of the items of correspondence should be spread evenly over the whole 2 years. They should be from at least 3 different sources. If you do not have enough items in your joint names, you may also provide items addressed to each of you individually if they show the same address for both of you.
For example - Four items of correspondence in joint names to the same address and two items addressed to each partner at the address. In total eight items would need to be submitted.
If you and your partner have no bills or correspondence in joint names, you will need to submit twelve items (six each) of correspondence, evidencing that you reside together at the same address.
If you and your partner lived with relatives or friends for some or all of the 2-year period, please provide a letter from the relative(s) and/or friend(s) confirming this.
If you did not live together for any part of the 2-year period, tell us the reasons for this and whether you stayed in contact with each other during this time, and provide any relevant supporting evidence.
Please give an explanation on a separate sheet if you cannot provide six items; if the items are not addressed to both of you; or if they do not cover the 2-year period.

Examples of acceptable items of correspondence
    • Letters or other documents from government departments or agencies, for example HM Revenue and Customs, Department for Work and Pensions, DVLA, TV Licensing.
    • Letters or other documents from your GP, a hospital or other local health service about medical treatments, appointments, home visits or other medical matters
    • Bank statements/letters
    • Building society savings books/letters
    • Council tax bills or statements
    • Electricity and/or gas bills or statements
    • Water rates bills or statements
    • Mortgage statements/agreement
    • Tenancy agreement(s)
    • Telephone bills or statements

You do not need to submit the contract of employment (submit if you have it handy), six months payslips, six months bank statements, letter from employer stating how long you have worked for the company, whether the job is permanent, level of salary and how long you have been paid that salary for will do the trick nicely :)

Hey Timmer, may I ask what are the correspondence you had submitted under your wife's name? Thanks

When my wife came to the UK I got her to sign up for loyalty cards like Tesco, M&S, COOP, Boots, this is the easiest way to accrue letters with your name on.

My wife also used a doctors enrolment letter, what we lacked were letters with both our names on, we didn't submit any, if you cannot submit any joint letters for the FLR then you have to submit more letters that are just addressed to you, there is something in the FLR guidance notes relating to this.

    Thank you for your reply.
I have loyalty cards from Tesco,Boots,Iceland,a letter from the GP,and we have joint letters from the City Council that was sent to us before the wedding for the wedding confirmation,we have joint letter from the Bank,Council Tax Bill, and both our names are in the Tenancy Agreement. Phew,I hope everything goes well,it's really a nerve wracking moment.

Sounds like you have everything covered :like:

We found the premium service almost enjoyable compared with the Fiancée visa application, I think you will find it the same, just a formality really as you've already done the hard work, relax, enjoy then go for a slap up meal afterwards to celebrate. It is a good feeling to walk out of the UKVI knowing you wont be back for another 2.5 years.

This forum helped me too with the Fiancée visa, probably like yourself, when I first looked at all the requirements and all the paperwork I could have died, I thought I'd never get through it. But with a lot of research and help from this site everything started to become much clearer, I'm sure many people feel the same.

What the forum needs is people like yourself who have recently had a successful application, to pass on your knowledge, especially given that the visa requirements keep changing.

    More the merrier :)

Its getting a bit pricy for sure, if you've got the spare cash I still believe its worth doing. I know if I went with the regular postal application that I'd be cursing after a couple of weeks as the wait is painful as you know yourself :)
