Pay slips

    Hi everyone, I have just started new job I am working direct for company as I was self employed before, I will be earning over the £18600 amount, I am wondering after I have recieved 6 months of payslips is it ok then to apply for fiancee visa.....I have met her before in hong kong and she was over here from nov til march 2015 on visit visa too so all that is ok....any help appreciated thanks :)

    Yes. As long as all else is in order.

    Any children involved i.e. to bring over as that would raise the threshold...

    6 months of payslips would normally do nicely.

    Have you read the relevant UKVI document on this? Section 5.3
