Hi guys, im still using my maiden name as it is in my passport. But i will renew my passport soon and change into married name.. The problem is my brp is still using my maiden name. How can i change it into married name? I dont know where to start, what form to fill up, do i have to do it online or by post. Im so confuse.. Any help will be appreciated.
my wife still uses her name before we got married--and renewed her philippines passport a couple of months back, still in the same name, so no need to change her BRP. maybe she will get round to change to my name after the ILR in 2 years time.
Which one to click my next visa application is ilr. But for now i have to renew my passport and it will be valid for 10yrs. And i want to use my married name in my passport before i apply for my ilr in 2021

On the front page of the link scroll down to where you see " changes in personell circumstances" it then talks about reasons why a change of circumstances occur A bit further down it tells you to click on a change of circumstances form and send it to the address on the form. It's that simple.
