They look a pretty standard bunch on the face of it, but their expertise is visas as far as I can see, not same sex relationships.
Its not easy for Phil citizens in same sex relationships I'm afraid. Asia in general is quite poor when it comes to the legal rights of gay people. Many countries, including Phil, will not even recognise a same sex marriage that was legally conducted in the UK.
