Hi Peeps could you please look through my checklist as I'm going to apply for spouse Visa next week and I'm worried that I may of missed something. Fortunately gathering the evidence for the visa has been stress- free affair with my Manager and the estate agent giving me great letters and evidence. Relationship - Facebook Messages Exports/screenshots - Money Transfers - Photo collages of each time I visited with location captions/ dates - Email correspondence and personal letters/cards - Wedding photos, reception, church ceremony and wedding invites -Flight itineraries ( ticket downloads and Tickets stubs ) - Passports stamps - Accommodation vacation receipts - Marriage cert - Sponsor cover letter - Applicant cover letter Accommodation -Renewed 1 year Tenancy Agreement - Letter from Letting Agent granting permission once visa application has been processed - 3D floor plans with measurements / Pictures of bottom/top floor/ outside - council tax bill - Utility bills Applicant - passport and expired passports -Birth certificate - TB results ( expires in April ) - Ielts Test ( taken on 18 April 2018 ) - suo7/ 12 form - cfo cert Sponsor -passport scanned and certified as true copy - birth cert Employment - 12 months payslips signed and dated as genuine by branch manager - 12 months postal bank statements - Employment contract signed by branch manager - Letter by Branch manager on lettered headed paper confirming annual salary etc.
I forgot to put in the Appendix 2 form...does my wife take that with her to the Biometrics appointment or do i scanned the form and upload it with the visa application??
Appendix 2 form should be scanned and up loaded. We did when process was send to Sheffield as pack and it went with that. Experience at vfs for biometrics was they only wanted the visa form that you have to sign there.
