    MANILA - Asahan ang pagtaas sa singil sa kuryente sa billing sa Oktubre matapos payagan ng Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) ang Manila Electric Co. (Meralco) na mabawi sa kanilang konsumer ang P3.371 bilyong hindi nasingil sa generation cost.
