I've just tried to book a premium service appointment for my wifes 2nd FLR(M) and found that it is trying to charge £500 for my wife and another £500 x 2 for her two kids. It seems odd to me that I should pay 3 appointment and booking fees even though they are applying on the same form? Have I filled the online information incorrectly when I added dependants? Do I really need to pay £1500 for a premium appointment? Anyone have experience of this? Regards, Steve
I was hoping to hang-on to our personal documents including passports and would prefer to get it done and dusted in a day. But £1500 is too much of a premium for those advantages...
