Hi guys, I seem to remember a thread on this some time ago - but I can't find it. Does anybody have any info. on what is the best prepaid Mastercard to get? I am looking to book an airfare for Hanna to come to China in February, and if I pay with Mastercard there will be no fees. Sorry to interrupt your breakfast! Al.
Thanks for that Dom - unfortunately, it won't accept my details - even though everything is correct - and it does not offer any help on WHY it won't accept my details! Strange!!
Yeah Al as Mark says it is very unlikely that you will be able to apply for a UK card from outside the UK, they will detect your IP Address, you could try using a VPN to the UK and try to get through the process using your UK details, then get the card delivered to someone in the UK who could forward it for you.
Should you not already have a VPN, a good, free one for the UK is VPNforUK. And, as Jim says, the card will need to be sent to a UK address.
Why? I assume that you have an airline and flight in mind, tell me the details, why does Mastercard make a difference? Why jump through hoops of your own making just to save a £2.50 payment fee!
