processing time of uk visa appeal

    Hi

    My father sponsared me and my family. My other family members got visa but mine was rejected with the right of appeal..my appeal was heard at london in 16 August..It was any oral hearing .but we didnt raceive any response yet ...we all r so worried .we didnt know how many weeks they r takes for decision. if any one knows plz reply my question.

    hello, did you try the immigration tribunal? you can search it on the net.

    You will have to wait for the Judge some times they will say how long but count on 4 weeks minimum and if you win it can take some time for the relevant issuer to comply in that case remind weekly:like:

    Sadly, a few months could come between now and when you get a visa (assuming you were successful).

    I went through the visa appeal process myself, but I didn't get to see a judge. That said, I did ask around and was told a number of figures for how long it would take from tribunal to news of the results.

    They don't care about the people at the centre of this (the officials), they just let it drag out.

    thnx everyone for ur reply ..

    i asked my solicitor he told me to wait for 8 weeks for court reply..Anyway it has now been over almost 9 weeks and no information.. I don't know how long i have to wait..There is a long wait in getting court reply. :(

    Well the Judge has to consider all the submissions and then look for existing law ,case law then consider then write up their findings its a process:like:
