That's a tough question for me.
I really love my food and there are plenty of Pinoy foods that I like.

Well, to start the ball rolling I guess most of us Brits would like a good Caldereta. Just like a spicy beef stew really.

One of my favorites would have to be Sisig. Another has to be Lechon Baboy.

To be honest there are also plenty I do not like (not yet anyway) one of which is Adobo. Yep almost the stereotypical Pinoy dish, and I'm not yet fond of it.

Oddly Adobong Manok is my favourite, Sinigang on the other hand is one of my least favourite dishes and the very thought of Sisig makes me ill.

Philippine style Sizzling Gambas is another fav, although I prefer the style of Gambas they serve in Cafe Adriatico and Cafe Havana which is basically Shrimp in butter, garlic and chilli.

second is crispy pata a famous Filipino pork dish that uses a whole pig’s leg. The leg (or pata) is made tender by simmering in water along with other spices. It is then rubbed with seasonings and deep-fried until the texture becomes very crunchy.

    thirdly but not the list

Tokwa’t Baboy is a dish composed of boiled pork (either or both pig’s ears and pork belly usually) and fried tofu. The sauce made of vinegar and soy sauce gives life to this dish. Generally, this is considered as an appetizer and a side dish. Most people like to have their Tokwa’t Baboy with beer or wine by the side while others love to have it with rice porridge such as Arroz Caldo, Goto, or a simple lugaw.

    enjoy:vhappy:

I've just thought of another favourite.
    Mongo Guisado. (stewed mung beans).
I like to add extra garlic and some beansprouts. It then becomes a real Wow!!!!

It's unbelievably cheap, but what a great taste. ........even better the next day.
Normally I mop it up with fresh crusty bread instead of rice.
If I'm feeling flush I'll have a grilled sea-bream with it.
