Hi all, finally I' m in the process of submitting my spouse visa application. I have some questions please....
    1. How do you organise the documents for submission? Binders? Files? Original and copy separated? I also read somewhere that they shouldn't be stapled but it is too late now as some of my original documents are already stapled together.
    2. Appendix 2
    Part 1 Questions 1.27 and 1.28 ( re sponsor's children)
Do I write down there the names of our children ( both have UK passports)?
Should I answer YES to question 1.28?

Part 3 Question 3.3. Please indicate the main method of meeting the Financial requirement
(We are going to use the cash savings £62,500) which method I'm going to tick and which section do I need to fill up.

    Thank you, very much appreciated.

Its a good idea to take them to VFS for submission, in a binder, to keep them in good order for the journey etc. But once there they take them out of the binder so best not to pay for an expensive one.

please be aware the £62500 is the savings requirement for a spouse visa application--with no income. It will be higher with any children added.

Both of our children are British , so they are not counted with the cash savings, right?
Cash savings - complete Part 3F, is it category D? We are only using cash savings.
