We went back to see my wife's family while she was on FLR, no problem,.. but I don't know what this R-LTRP is for me to comment.
As far as I'm aware you can come and go as long as she has the visa stamped in her passport and its in date ?

Sorry I can't be more helpfull,

    Jonny

Just to say that if your on the equivalent to the FLR she will pay the larger amount of travel tax when she comes back out of the Philippines at the airport, just to make you aware if your going to be depleting your peso's before you leave, keep some back for this.
When she has ILR it is much cheaper,...my wife paid only 200 peso fee when we left earlier this year.

    Safe trip,

    Jonny
