On the Appendix 2 (Vaf 4A Dec 2013) it states on page 1 that you must also complete the form VAF4A but as far I can see that is for people from North Korea. Is that right?
no. you need to complete vaf4a. online--then print off and the applicant signs it. best thing is to create your a/c--and do a few practice runs through vaf4a. you can change -delete--save--scrap the lot and start again. costs nothing. we did four tries till we got it right. https://www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk/home/welcome
ah the Vaf4a is the application form itself... we have done that and printed so she can take to VFS. Thanks for clearing it up.. well we have finally applied for the Visa and sent the papers in. Now we just have the nervous wait...will update the site with the result...merry Christmas to everyone
