I used to rent house only which is my boyfriend paid for it.Usually my boyfriend help me and looking after for all my expenses as well that's why i have savings..Can you pls help me and advice what do i need to do..Or any requirements do i need about evidence ties to home country aside property?? Hello Marge. Sorry to hear about the refusal. The sad truth about applying for any visa is that you have to provide enough evidence according to the guidance notes posted on the UK Visas and Immigration website. It is not only providing at least one of the list. For visit visas, the applicant has to show or have documents of compelling reasons to go back to the country of origin.

I don't want to sound that I am putting you off but applying for a visit visa most especially having a boyfriend/girlfriend as a sponsor is not that easy.

I wish you luck on your future application.

Have you considered a different route? Say Settlement visa?
