Renewed UK passport, Visa 13a and ACR

I have just had to renew my British passport, which obviously does not have the 13A visa in it that I used when I came to the Philippines in 2016. I have a Permanent Resident ACR. Does anyone know if I need to request a 13A visa in my new passport? I tried asking the main BI office - the Public Information and General Assistance Unit but the lady on the phone didn't know the answer.
While looking through some of the threads here I came across remarks about annual reporting of the ACR, which worries me somewhat. I have never been instructed to report annually with my Permanent Resident ACR which is valid until December 2021. Should I??????

I think you should be doing the annual report http://www.immigration.gov.ph/services/alien-registration/annual-report-a-r

I can't answer about the 13A but I am sure some others should be able to help.

Yes, you do need to make your Annual Report each and every year between 1st January and the last day of February.

Regarding your 13a Visa, simply retain the cancelled passport containing the Visa and produce if asked by BI officer.

You say you have 13a but is it a provisional (ie first) or full?

I lost the passport that had my original visa in but had photo copies of it..We went with replacement to BOI intramuros in Manila with the ACR1 card and had the visa stamped in the new passport.
That passport has expired but I will present it with my new passport and ACRi for annual reporting.
Yes you need to report each year at any BOI between January and end of Feb..
Because you have not reported for 2/3 years you will need to explain to them that you didnt know about the requirement and they will calculate the fine!
Make sure you go in to do this before the end of Feb..
    Take plenty of money!!

Always keep the receipts..You will need to show them next year.
Lose them and expect another fine.

Thanks. The 13A is the first and only one I had (single entry) but it's not marked provisional or full. It may be a silly question but what's the difference and why would I need a "Full" as I already have my Permanent Resident ACR? I know I need Exit and Entrance certificates when I travel abroad.

People that apply in an R.P embassy abroad get a permanent visa..Those that apply here in the R.P get a temporary visa for one year..They then have to reapply to make it permanent.. If your card say`s "Permanent" on it,then that is what it is!
You can get your exit clearance at the airport on departure.

If you don't do the annual report to BoI on a 13A you will get a fine 200 pesos a month. Regardless if it's a probation or a permanent 13a.

ACR Report done today. It's the only thing in the Philippines that has happened so quick and without hitch. No waiting line, straight in, get the fee, pay and I was out again in 10 minutes. So good I will do it again next year :)

Glad it went well...So what did you pay in the end for not reporting in previous years etc??

Well, that is strange. I handed my on-line form to the officer, who took a very quick glance and passed it back. He looked at my card, entered something on to his computer (I guess the number) and presented me with the price for only this year, 310. I wasn't going to argue. Never asked for previous receipts or any further questions.
