My Pinoy husband came here in April 27 2018, and is due to apply for indefinite leave to remain in October.

Sadly, his mother has passed away and he is concerned about returning to Philippines with only 5 months of his current visa left. Will there be any issues when he tries to return to UK after attending his mom's funeral?

We both would be really grateful for some guidance pn his situation.

    Kindest regards,
