is there anybody here who applied for Uk spouse visa for same sex married couple? I'm almost done with all the documents we are preparing but it still makes me nervous that I miss something. Like for example, our marriage was held at the British embassy and since same sex marriage isn't recognized here, we don't need to get the NSO certified documents. But I'm really worried that this might not be enough. It would really help if there is someone from here who experience the same case first hand. This site has been so helpful on our visa journey.
I think you may be pioneers, but your preparation has been meticulous, and the fact that you married at the Embassy will be a huge help.
