Shocking News Story: Firemen refuse to save a family home

The full story can be read here and it is shocking... In the US, a man who called the Fire department when a fire in some bins outside got out of hand was told that they would not come and help him. He had forgotten to pay $75.00 annual fire service charge and although he pleaded that he would pay whatever they wanted they let his house burn down.

Worst of all, it took the fire 2 hours to spread to the house and the firemen only reacted (they were there on the scene eventually) when it was clear it could spread to other houses.
