Spouse visa application

    Hello!

    Is there a proper order of all documents needed for spouse visa application? I mean when your all set just getting ready for submission.

    There is no specified order as such.

    See Annes order as an example.

    We just put our application in - I had everything sorted and labelled, all in envelopes with post-its to explain the dates and particular things - they took it all out looked at it, stacked it up (all out of order!! Grrr!) and took it away. Don't bother with the order although I suggest from the questions they asked my wife that you have the the VAF-Appendix 2 handy as well as the marriage certificate.

    Looking at Annes List! OMG!! I missed loads of stuff :p

    Just make sure you have a contents page and number everything according to the contents (put the paperwork in clear plastic sleeves) that makes it easier on the ECO.
