Hi everyone, I'm currently in the middle of my spouse visa application when my husband and I had a big fight and he decided to cancel my visa application.
He wrote a letter to Manchester, can he write again another letter saying that we will push through with the application?

    Or

If we both decided to reapply, will the cancelation of the previous visa will affect the new visa application?

Thank you, sorry guys lots of questions.

You can not be sponsored for a married-person's settlement visa by a man who has divorced you!

What I mean is that, if in case he decided not to end the marriage and reapply for the spouse visa will the application be affected by the previous cancelation of spouse visa?

I think you two should spend a bit more time together, find out what you really want, and then decide whether or not you want to either get divorced or stay together and apply for a spouse visa.

I agree but it's a bit difficult if he's in Blighty and she is here. The now-husband quite possibly had not courted Erica for long enough and was seeing life through rose-tinted spectacles. In applying for her Visa, reality has returned giving him a rude awakening and suddenly he realises that he has responsibilities.

Wives are not commodities that can be taken back for a refund.
