Hello all. When my wife submits her documents for her spouse visa, is there a set order in which they must be placed please? Many thanks, Martin.
No order or sequence required as long as you have all the requirements. I had my own order for my own use (had to follow the same for the photocopy set). Basically: - printout of the online application form - appendix - financial requirement (employer's letter and bank dox) - proof of accommodation - proof of relationship - since it was the thickest part and this portion has a sub-section (a) Skype screenshot, (b) photos along with passport stamps, airline tickets, hotel etc in chronological order, (c) watsapp messages, (d) cards and love letter sent to me (e)wedding plans (in your case this last part will probably move up or might be one section.
Might help. http://www.british-filipino.com/ind...re-documents-for-submission-settlement.13699/ There's no guidance really as to the right order of the documents. No matter how you organise it. The ECO will arrange it for his own convenience. Just try to make things easy for the ECO. Don't bombard them with unnecessary documents..
i typed up a list of documents included in the application--and arranged them in the order on my list.
There is no specific guidelines to follow. But to help the ECO, you can make it easier for him if you categorically arrange the documents like: 1. Main document (online form) 2. Applicant's documents (birth cert, tb test, ielts, etc) 3. Sponsor's documents (coy of passport pages, bank statements, payslips, etc) 4. Evidence of relationship (marriage cert, photos, etc) You can also make other categories of the sponsor's documents like: - Proof of financial capability (bank statements, payslips, etc) - Proof of accommodation (utility bills, mortgage details/rent details, etc) Good luck!
