I would send again (and from a different email account) and within your email client, if it will allow, click delivery / receipt tick boxes. Your evidence that it has been delvered/sent. Just remember that all email servers do not send receipts for all/either delivery/read receipts but lots do.
Ah fair enough. I guess if you haven’t already you could send again from the same email address and do as I suggested and then at least you would have some sort of documented evidence that it was sent. You could also CC another personal email address at the time you send, again proof that the email was sent. Me being padantic but at least they can’t come back saying you never sent. I suppose the fact they have requested it is a good thing opposed to a flat refusal. Good luck.
