    Ok, here we go....

To avoid confusion I will be explaining this as simply as possible.

You all have the correct links to waht is required to do.

The online form has to be filled, there is NO other alternative.!!
All required fields on the application form need to be filled, and at the end of it you are directed to a different page to set an appointment.
You can pick the day and time from the displayed calendar, so you can better organize your travel arrangements to attend your appointment .:like:
A confirmation e-mail will be sent automatically to your e-mail address, but you are free to print the confirmation note as well.

All the documents you deliver personally to VFS have to be in the correct order as per list, and you should be ready to spend 1800 piso on photocopies and about 4/500 on home delivery of your passport.

I would suggest, to save money, that you xerox copy every document yourself, and take the lot with you, as 1800 piso sounds rather expensive.....

We didn't pay, because we told the clerk that we did not require copies of the documents. But this is a different story.......

Good luck to the both of you in your quest.........:like:

If you need any more imput, I am sure other members will give some more insight, so don't be afraid to ask.............;).

I think everybody in phil is required to fill up form online for applying a visa then after than can lodge the application personally at VFS...

and ur right the better to get all the documents w/ photocopies at our own than in the VFS services it will be expensive there per page than local copies somewhere like in the market place or internet cafe would be a piso or 2 ph for a page which will be a clear copy also hehehee

VFS have new service now which is the VIP PREMIUM LODGE That cost 1,800 I dont get this special treat just a waste of money i think i rather just go straight to vfs and pass my doc and have a biometric done then go out have something to eat or drink lol

    Hi again,

The utility bills are only required as a proof of residence, basically. So you don't need stacks of the stuff.
Just one copy of each, ie, water, telephone, gas, and electricity. Preferably the latest available, in my opinion.

As for the rest, it sounds as if you have everything else in hand, and you don't have anything to worry about.
Good luck, and lets us know how it is going.

And ask your hubby to join us in the forum....;) Please....

    Hi,

I wish UKBA would stop moving the goalposts every so often...:erm:

If you click on the link it will direct you straight to the relevant form.
But if you already have an appointment booked for Jan-10-2012 it means that your application is in and you don't need to re-apply.

Please clarify, wether you have submitted your online application or not and if the VFS appoinment date has been generated.

    Oh, dear.............:erm:

Looks like you have found a bug in the system...........

How you actually managed to book an appoinment online, without filling the online form first, is well beyond my comprehension...:erm:

To attend the appoinment you have to bring a printed copy of the same form that you have filled online.

So ideally, now, you go to the latest link I gave you, fill the form to the end, and then when it is finished you should be able to set another appoinment, at your leisure, with a new reference number.
The appointment that you have made, will not be valid if it is without the reference number released at the time of acceptance of the online form being registered.

so you may to start all over again....:erm:

As per supporting documents here is a link...
