I tried champorada without sardines. Very sweet.

Does "Mr Donut" count as street food?

I am very wary of eating "local specialities" purchased from unknown street vendors,
especially if recommended by a man with a silly hat.

They say that street food is usually safe to eat as it is normally cooked fresh there and then in front of you, as opposed to for example hotel kitchens where you cannot see what is going on with the preparation and cooking behind closed doors.
