I came across this book, on Amazon. I discovered it via a circuitous route as I was looking for written material on the origin of the Philippines. There appears to be a chapter on Filipino street food, which looks interesting but at £63.00 to read on your first flight to the Philippines it is probably a bit more than many would be prepared to pay.
