thanks for sharing Ate Balot. :) i appreciate your advices and concerns :) day by day me and my fiance talks so much about the things we needed to do in the future...all we wanted is just to be together sooner when god gave us the proper time.. :) we are both hands on with the things we needed to do so that we would be able to make we could probably have 100% approval with any visa application we have soon.

Ate Balot, i definitely know about the savings that should be in my own bank account for several months and i think what they need to see is that you have reasons to get back to the Philippines like a permanent job providing certificate of employment and your current status at the company and that you are just on a like 30 days vacation leave and needs to get back sooner for work here in Pinas. A friend of mine just visited UK a month ago and I asked her what where the evidences she showed the ECO for her to have her Visa approved.

These are the ferw things she told me:
    a. Payslips from her current job (Six Months)
    b. Bank Savings Account (Six Months)---- she told me its better to have a dollar account too if possible
    c. Certificate of Employment from your Employer
    d. Status of your leaves in the company.
    e. Support letter from any relative
    f. Payslip of your supporter in the UK (Six Months)
    g. House rent records from your supported in the UK (Six Months)
    h. Stamps of passport
    i. Letter stating the reason why you wanted to visit UK

She was granted the Visit Visa three days after she submitted her documents at the British Embassy Manila without any personal appeatance for the interview. :) So I think having a property would be set aside as we know not everyone is capable to do that :)

Thanks for the reply Ate Chryss!! Would like to ask if how many times did your friends husband visited her here in the Philippines before she applied for the Fiance Visa?? And for the evidence, gosh loads of it!! LOL I started printing our emails and got 2 rims of bond paper already and still in the process of printing..our chat conversation I havent printed it yet too theres load and loads more to come :)

And Ate Chryss, would it be ok if you could at least discuss the things mentioned in your support letter so at least we know what we should be writing in it in time. Thank you and God bless!!

Thank you for answering my query Major! Yes I was told that too a while ago by a consulting agency that it does not matter if you marry right away if it was just your first time to meet each other and yes you are he just need to provide a contract and evidences of support that he can actually support. What is important is that he would be able to get a permanent job by then. :)

Its a relief too that marrying right away for your 1st personall visit is not a ground to visa refusal but then again getting married is a life long commitment that everyone must think of so the mean time its everyone choice to when to get married. :)

As per post # 26, you dont need a (travelling) agency to help you for appying visa, you can sort it by yourself, easy
