Hi all, Any statisticians out there? I was wondering what the success rate of the different types of visas is and the most common reasons for rejection.
I understand it's very high for settlement visas.. provided it's straight forward. The most common reason for rejection is not meeting the sponsors financial requirements.
Theoretically all settlement visas should be approved if the requirements are met, I'm guessing that the main reason for visas being declined is the applicant doesn't fully understand the process and which documents to submit. We all know that the information found on Government websites relating to visa applications is about as clear as mud.
