    Booking with Emiretes. £650.00 one way ticket to Glasgow..... Its not so bad.. My wife arrives on Monday the 14th. Happy days mate

    The way I dealt with it Timmers, was just to say to myself, I have submitted the evidence they require and "ticked all the boxes" and that the vast majority of applications are succesful (I can't remember the stats now but for fiancee and spouse visas it really is very high indeed). Plus you know we will be rooting for ya!

    And of course a good reason to put in a good and thorough application, to give you peace of mind once it has gone in.

    Success is the only option Timmers, I was waiting, waiting and more waiting, fearing the worst then i got the good news. I got the news 1 week ago after 60 working days..

    I was confident in the fact that we had produced all the documents they asked for and a little more but of course it was taking so long to get the result I was starting to loose hope then the good news came when i was least expecting it..... Hang on in there my friend
