Surfboard upgrade.

    I was ambulating down the Thames footpath earlier when a couple of guys surfed past me wearing dry suits, totally silent new age surfboards, these would be ideal for the Philippines, they are called foils.     This is the same guy I saw yesterday, same drysuit and only a few miles downriver.
