do you guys any advise or links that can guide me regarding the process of switching from spouse visa to work visa?
Oh it’s not for me haha. I’m happily married. It’s from a foreign officemate that I have. I’ve read through some process on switching visas but it’s still a bit vague to me.
You know that you can work on spouse visa right? Not unless your circumstances have changed, like if you have divorced with your sponsor/partner, work visa will mean that your employer will be your sponsor (and that if you stop working for them, you will loose your right to stay in the uk).

Yea I’m aware of that. I’m happily married and I’m working. I have an officemate who’s in the process of divorce and we’re trying to find out if he can get a work visa to stay.
