Email them, and if they can't reply at once, give it 3 days and call them up and give them your preferred date.Result with in the day, so long you will not be required for sputum test . 3 consecutive days, and normally they will give you the date at their preference, better be aware and tell them you live very far, you need to maximize time and stay in Manila...and would need to submit sputum sample the next day, up to 3rd day.

Be warned that it is only good for six months, and, as may be seen, a trip to Manila is required.

Good on you mate, you probably read the post the other day where someone had successfully done exactly that, I don't see a problem.

    Good luck with it bigmac.

I think you are right to go for it.

The only issue I can see will be with the CFO, but I think it should be OK

Commission on Overseas Filipinos. They spend a day lecturing Filipinas who are travelling abroad to marry dastardly foreigners on the evils of the white slave trade, and then put a sticker in her passport, without which she cannot leave the Philippines, unless of course she happens to be going to Hong Kong for a holiday (hint, hint...) if the holiday includes getting married, there is not a lot the old biddies can do.

i can imagine it being necessary if she were using the annulment route----but i suppose we are heading into unchartered territory to a degree

It will be great if it works out, the wait for the visa verdict will be an extra nervous one.

I think that will be a safe assumption, yes.
