I had an accident in a Tesco Store a few weeks back. The trolley I was using was broken, causing me to fall and injure myself. I must say Tesco staff were absolutely brilliant in arranging to send me to hospital and Tesco have admitted liability without a quibble. I have not accepted their offer of £400 just yet, because I want to make sure there are no long term complications. I have told them I will make my decision after I get back from Xmas holiday.

Yes, ordering on-line is very good and delivery charges are now as low as £1. I used on-line delivery when my car was lost in the floods.
