I ordered food to be delivered on December 12th prior to our return to the UK, and the food arrived and was unpacked by a friends - there were 7 baskets left empty that Asda had to pick up. It is now April and they haven't picked them up.

I suppose that the only way to get them to pick them up is to order another basket and pay a fiver or so for them to come - however a Store like ASDA probably doesn't care as I tried ringing their store a few times and they kept on hanging up !

If we were in the Philippines they would be gone on five minutes.......

Try Ocado. I used them for a while. They delivered everything I ordered. Foods arrived in bags.
