Me too. Many times. Can be a bit overcrowded but I always found it okay. Maybe there are two Heathrows?

I've only been through Heathrow once and to be honest they were treating people like imbeciles and the negative attitude I saw was notable

A year or two ago some clown thought that it would be a good idea to make people put a pound coin in a slot before taking a baggage trolley at Heathrow T3.

How many arriving passengers on an international flight have a £1 coin on them?

This lunacy soon stopped, but one wonders at the imbecility and sheer incompetent arrogance of the management who tried it.

Speaking of baggage trolleys, when did you last get one with round wheels and a brake that worked at Heathrow?

My biggest issue with Thiefrow is the distance between there and Gatwick.
Never lost a bag there though despite the name tag.

Heathrow isnt perfect or the best but NAIA and Heathrow are quite different.

That lunacy still exists at Manchester, at least at T3 but I suspect it will be the same in all terminals.

Same at Leeds Bradford, never used it but I seem to recall that it is (or was) a non-refundable TWO pounds.

Must be richer folk in Yorkshire...

Travel tip: Check whether you can use Euro coins in the trolley machine instead of GBP. That would currently give you an 18% discount.

That's why the credit card option is needed.

Interesting though at 2am arriving from Cebu Terminal 2 was locked leaving me stuck outside with at least 300 other people! I would like to thank PAL and Manila airport for confirming why I don't use either! I was hoping to be pleasantly surprised but it was worse than expected.

Have added my YouTube of it here.. if you don't want it please moderate and remove :)
