Personally, in my modest opinion, I think that he should have been forcibly castrated thus removing an immediate danger, but then again, a person as sick as that would have probably found other avenues to get his kicks from, maybe even resorting to torture or murder... As a father, I am always worried about my children, and learnt from the past that one cannot watch over them 24/7, and one second is enough for the scum to pounce and destroy a life. But letting him out of the country, albeit on a short leash, wouldn't make things dangerous for unwary people that don't know his face...?? with fast cheap flights it would be like going on a Pervert week-end sex tourism break..................
I may be wrong (hope not though), but I thought that most countries including Phils had banned him from entering. Although I guess maybe those exclusions also have an 'expiry date'
I did a quick search and it's suggested by wikipedia that 19 countries have prviously refused him entry, including the Philippines. I have no idea what can or will be done. The 'experts' appear to agree that the drive mechanisms in such cases are just not treatable.
And the question is: WTF is going to happen the next time this piece of **** offends? As offend he surely will. Hope it's in some country where the laws are a bit more terminal than in this country...
Probably if arrested where the law is stricter in terms terminal of punishment, we may be faced with a government that will interced on his behalf by pleading to spare his worthless life.........
I heard on the radio that he has to ask permission from our government before he can travel abroad again. Let's hope they refuse all the time.
