Or How have you done this process? - Did you put both Original & Photocopies in one folder? or two folder? - If you separate them in two folder (to make easier for entry clearance officer to separate them and no need for them to photocopy the Original), then did u put each two Appendix 2 form n each two VAF4A (online printout form) for both Original folder and the Photocopy folder? - When putting the documents in the folder, How did u put those 10-12 page of Appendix 2 form and 10 pages of Online form and 10-15 pages of chat logs? Did you put those each pages separately in EACH pockets (transparent A4 plastic pages) or Did you put whole Appendix 2 form in ONE Pocket? and All Chat logs A4 pages in ONE Pocket? Or Did you put all pages separately so when the entry clearance officer checks, he/she just have to flip over the page and don't have to hassle taking out all from one pocket and again putting back? - Is it true that we submit the Original Documents (One folder) at Visa Centre and the VFSGlobal will keep the Photocopies (Other folder)? - How did you the finalize the packing and send the documents via courier service? - For those who paid the visa fees at the visa application centre, Did you have to pay 1 day before the appointment or at the appointment day? Did you receive the receipts? - Again this Question, On Online Form, 'Family Section', Do you have to put the applicant's details or the sponsor's details about the passport number, DOB, Name?
