    I can attest to being able to purchase them in the Philippines in mercury drug stores, usually under the till with chocolates and mints (think they were trying to get more candy sold with embarrassed buyers).

    My wife was amazed that they could be bought here in the supermarkets and that you could even check them out on a self service till. :D

    Also some towns in Bataan. Dinalupinhan for one.

    Conversely last March I was flying out of Clark; we were early, and had time to kill, so we pulled into a filling station for a coffee - Kay pointed out a selection of local makes in the self service area of the filling station shop.
