Time gap for applying tourist visa

Hi. I've recently visited UK and stayed between March 20 - May 3 just this year. Reasons why I went back here is because I still have a work. My tourist visa would expire in July this year. I would like to ask if I could make another tourist visa application after 2 weeks of my visa expiration in July so probably I would apply in August.

    So here are my questions.

-Are there no rules in which there should be a gap after your visa expires and apply for another tourist visa again after a month of expiration even though I didn't stayed for the 6 months maximum period?

-What are the chances of getting it approved? My reason of returning to Phils. is because I have a work. My reason to go back to UK is to have another holiday again and go to the places that I haven't been to.

-Is there anyone here who had made another tourist visa application after months of its expiry? Was it a successful one?

I would appreciate any advice or tips that you would give to me. Thank you!

I'm sure you can apply for another tourist visa straight away after expiry, in theory you should have a very good chance of securing another visit visa if you kept to the terms of the initial visa, if you did then you would be seen as a low risk one assumes.

Hi there, @Pat Perez. Yes you could apply for your visit visa right away after expiry. I remember my first one expired June (had two visits with the visa) and then I applied a month after it expired so I could have holidays for the UK summer. :)
