The application stays live from the last entry for 30 days so if you want to start filling it in you can but just revisit it before 30 days is up or it drops off the screen.
Do not under any circumstances process and pay for the application till you have passed the Tb and English test if u do pay and fail one of them you will not get your monet back

Just a tip on conversation logs like skype you can just submit screenshot s of the log of calls not the actual conversations. They won't and don't like working through pages and pages of stuff

Rephrase that, almost everything you need is from your wife :D You don't need that sponsorship form, not a requirement ;)

Exactly. Even the whatsapp @arnold&nayely you can just copy the call logs not the actual convo. They don't really care what's in the message what they want to know is that you have been in contact.

Hi guys. I'm a bit confused about the intended to to fly to the uk. Me and my wife are planning to submit the application not later than 1st week of January and we want to avail the premium service. What do i write on my application regarding the intended date to go to the uk?

That's actually up to you. When do you wish to travel to the UK? You can put your preferred travel date on the application. It will also be a guide to the ECO so that they have idea when to start the validity of your visa.

IMO, these aren't official documents like marriage certificate, bank statements, diplomas, etc so you'll be fine if the chat logs aren't completely in English. But I would suggest to provide screenshots where you converse in both English and Filipino..Maybe you can print your conversations where there is minimal Filipino? ECO's don't have the luxury of time to scan and read every page of the chat, so only provide samples of your communication-not the whole lot. Samples like good morning, good night, ILYs, plans for the day, your wedding preps, etc.. They would just like to see proof of genuine and subsisting relationship. Also, I know someone who applied for a spouse visa and they converse in Filipino and English since her hubby is also Filipino and has only recently acquired British passport. They submitted only a few pages of chat logs. Good luck!

    That's very reassuring @Dav3&Ai5a :)

Or to add to that @katkatmachine you can opt to just print the call logs as the ECO is not interested to see the messages they just want to know that you kept in touch while being apart. Just make sure the date is clearly seen when copying the call logs. A few short messages like good morning and ILY would be helpful as well. I'd do as @Dav3&Ai5a suggest I think. ;)

@arnold&nayely ----bear in mind your current TB cert needs to be less than 6 months old when you apply for the visa.
in our case--my fiancee's tb cert had expired----and she failed the new test! she had no idea she had caught it--since her last test. this set back her application by 7 months.

Thanks for your kind words @uklove. This whole thingy is giving us mental torture, well it is to me. I hope one day UKVI could lessen the processing times so people won't have to go through this.

Thanks @Dav3&Ai5a , my partner and I talked about this and we've decided to submit thr convos that ee have. We're not going to translate it anymore since we dont have time to do this and to be honest, if we'll translate it it may sound awkward and might become too fishy since we edited our convos.

I'll take @Brom27 's advice and just wwrote a disclaimer on our tagalog conversations.

Thank you for the advice and suggestion guys.
