Well I just made my favourite which is Breast of Chicken Kashmiri curry with pineapple, Basmati rice and one Chapati, actually I made it last night, a big batch and put it all in the freezer it will do me for 6 meals :D

I love Philippine food but I love Indian food even more, took me years to work out the exact recipe for a good Kashmiri curry but I'm as good as the restaurants if not better now ;)

    P.S. I love Chinese as well :)

There are only a couple of ingredients that I find hard to get in the Phils both are spices and I probably just don't know the local names, ground corriander is one and ground turmeric the other.

I was thinking about taking a couple of big bags of spices over next time but I'm never sure about travelling with powders in my luggage :D never been stopped at customs but you don't know what you could get accused of :D

    Ana hates curry though :(

Yeah but us Brits are softies we don't like the bones in anything any more, look at our fish, all filleted, look at Philippine fish, bones like a porcupine :D

Chicken in the UK carefully split into breast, legs, wings. Chicken in Philippines, meat cleaver one two three four, there you go chicken bits :D

Plus we Brits are all so overweight that we need to remove every last gram of fat from anything we eat :D my curries are tasty but very low fat :D
