Trying to get a Philippines Passport for Child

Hello,

We are trying to get a Philippines Passport for my two nephews, one is 15 and one is 18. Parents are not married. Does anyone know how we get ID's for them that are needed for the passport? I also understand we need a letter from a lawyer because the parents are not married :/

Assuming they are in Philippines then requirement s are detailed in link below. School ID is only ID requirement for them. Parents ID will also be required

No letter from lawyer required. You may be thinking of affidavit required for registering birth.

There's quite a wait for a pinoy passport in some offices,6 months was quoted for someone I know.

Was that to get an appointment ? Or the waiting time after ? I've done two and we got the passport 5-10 days after the appointment.
