Hi all, Just a quick question: I’m currently applying for my UK citizenship but got stuck in referee #1. Does any one know if referee #1 needs to be residing in the UK (either British or of any nationality), or it doesn’t matter if they live abroad? Couldn’t find any professional one in the UK who knows me for 3 years or more. Many thanks!
