this site is mostly Brits in relationships with filipinos--or those hoping to be. We hardly ever get lone single filipinas on here. Its probably people like me put them off.

Have you been over there at all ?

Get yourself on a plane and head for this Philippines paradise sir !
Millions of lovely ladies to court, and you will also experience THEIR culture...which is very different to the UK's.
    'Family' is everything...for starters.

    In more ways than one...........

Practically, one doesn't just marry just the lady in question, but the whole family.

Don't get me wrong. I do like my extended family, but what I resent is the constant pressure with "Utang" she feels under. And it is taking its toll on her.
At the moment she is in the Philippines, visiting them, and attend the Sinulog Festival, and I can see from the face time messenger that she looks kind of stressed, and tired, and it is not the heath.
    Love her to bits.
Looking forward to her coming back home,

    If your lovely wife is like mine after a trip home, Dom, she will be lighter in two ways when she returns home;
    1. In weight because the food is better (less carbs) and walking in the heat
    2. lighter in finances because of pasalubong and utang.

    Hello again, Martin.
The chances of meeting a lovely Filipina in the UK is very slim unforunately.
Buy yourself a plane ticket and go over for a couple of weeks or more (four if you can because jet lag will wipe you out and two weeks will fly by.
Go and see how the people live and how friendly the beautiful ladies are.
You will be amazed at how many smiles you get as the Philippines is not ageist as the UK is.
Your chances will increase if go over clean shaven though.
Filipinas generally don't like facial hair :lol:
