Google is your friend. There is no clear cut guideline on this one. You can copy and paste the format you seemed very similar to your situation and then cusomize it furthet.
draft a letter--one page--saying how you met--how long you have been in a relationship--when and where you got married--and what your future plans are. then post it on here without full names or addresses and others can critique it.
